By purchasing a subscription or accessing the platform, you agree to the terms set forth below.
SERVICE DELIVERY
All SmartSplit services are delivered digitally through a secure web-based platform. Upon successful payment, access to the user’s selected subscription tier is granted immediately via their registered login credentials. No physical goods are provided.
The platform includes automated features such as AI-generated communication support, planning tools, document uploads, and digital progress tracking. Access to these features is determined by the subscription tier purchased.
NATURE OF SERVICE
SmartSplit is an AI-powered informational platform. It does not provide legal, financial, mental health, or therapeutic advice. The content generated by the platform’s AI advisors is fully automated and for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not created or reviewed by licensed professionals. SmartSplit assumes no liability for how users interpret or act upon any AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance where required.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
SmartSplit’s goal is full user satisfaction. If our service does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out.
For monthly subscriptions, refund requests made within seven (7) days of the most recent charge may be eligible for a refund. Depending on your usage, we may offer either:
A full refund if only a small portion of the billing cycle has been used, or
A prorated refund for mid-cycle cancellations where meaningful usage has occurred.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the eligible time frame. Beyond this window, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
ACCESS AND USAGE LIMITS
Platform access is available 24/7, except during planned maintenance or unexpected outages. No guarantee of uninterrupted access is made. Feature usage—including document uploads, AI interactions, and storage limits—is defined by the selected subscription tier. SmartSplit reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if usage exceeds those limits.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartSplit disclaims all liability for any loss, harm, or damages arising from reliance on platform content, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, legal disputes, or document inaccuracies. The platform is not a substitute for professional counsel. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
AMENDMENTS
This Fulfillment Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
